Important Commenting and Linking Settings For Blogger

There are many Blogs that I read and Wish to Comment on with a Related Post and Sometimes I Would Like to Link to the Post that I have just Read. But the Problem is that the Blogger Has not Enabled some Important Settings on their Blog so that I can Easily do this One of them is Enabling Anonymous Comments and the Other is Enabling Backlinks.


If you wish to enable Anonymous Comments Go to Settings and Select Comments then Who Can Comment and Select Anyone can Comment. Below this you Will Also Find Backlinks and Select Show Backlinks. The reason this is Important is that you can Now Build Links to you Blog posts and not just your Homepage.

Also Just Say you Write Mainly About One topic on your Blog but you Have a Post About Blogger Settings and How they Can Affect your SEO you Could Place your Name and Put the URL or your Blogspot Help Post as your URL when Commenting. This would Mean that your Blog Post has now a comment on an Related Post and you Can Also Select Create a Link to this Post if you Wish to Link to the Blogspot Post that you Are Reading.


These Settings for Backlinks are Also know as Trackbacks for Blogger because Many People think that Blogger Does Not Have Trackbacks but it is Just that People do Not Enable Trackbacks on Blogspot Blogs try to Enable these Settings as it Will Help you Have a More SEO Optimised Blogspot Blog.

So in the Real World if you Could make about $300 a Month online you Would be Doing Quite Well. But the Problem is that there is Way Too much Advice on How to Make Millions but Not Enough Advice on How to Make $10 a Day With your Blog.

Is Fresh content a SEO Myth

Should you Abandon your Blog for a While in Order to Get More Search Traffic?. I have read a few post's Lately where People have Stopped Posting and then Got more Traffic. According to many SEO Geeks they say fresh content and google Loves it but these Posts were Saying the Opposite.


Let's look at why Fresh content is So Important. It is Important for News Stories for a Start and Some Tech blogs who want to Get the Breaking Stories on the Latest Technical News this is fine but what about Normal day to day Blogs and Online Journals is it a Good idea for them to Abandon their Blog for a few weeks.


I have noticed that when I search it is generally Older Blogs maybe 2 years or more that come up in the Results and Not the fresh content and I think it is something to Do with the Term that you are Searching For and Not that it is Fresh Content Or Not.


Another thing is your AdSense Earnings I was Talking to A blog Friend of Mine Today about this That Everytime I publish my eCPM goes Back to Zero and as he has a Blog about Earning $100 a Day with Adsense .I thought I would Mention it because his Blog Deals with the Theory side of Earning with AdSense and Ways to Improve your Earnings. It is a Very Interesting Blog if you Wish to Read what he Says about this Topic of Earning "Money with your Blog" and it's Also  a Good Place to See which Methods that He has Tried in Order to Make Money with His Blog.


So who are we To Believe about this Whole Fresh Content Idea and is it Just another SEO Myth that they write about because SEO Blogs don't seem to update Very often and Have you Stopped Posting and Seen an Increase in Traffic to your blog.I understand that Normal Online Journals would have to update Daily because of High Readership in Order to keep Readers Interested but Sometimes is Posting Fresh Content Everyday is Not a Good Idea For All blogs.


Would it Not Be a Better Idea to Write a Blog Post and Go find Related Post's and comment on them until that Page has Built up a Considerable Amount of Incoming Links in Online communities. So I have Started a MomBlog

No I did not Myself but Maybe I know Someone that did just Start Blogging about her Daily life and Now She Want's to Get some visitors.

What has she to do then, She could as Many say Submit to Article Directories, Search engines and So on.But wait it's Early days yet and there are things to be done like writing about 10 or 15 post's so that when the First Visitors Come they will Have Something to Read.

When she has some Content then she Could Submit to the Momblogs Directory and Install a Simple Script on her Blogspot Blog by Clicking on the Blogger Dashboard and

•  Then Layout

• Add a Widget, 
•  
• Then Selecting Html Java Script and Adding the Gadget and it looks like this
  

Now she is a Member of the Momblogs community and she Know how to Add Widgets to Her Blog so what is Next.When she Joins the community she can Go to the Community Message Boards and Get in Touch with Other Moms so she can Read these blogs and comment on them getting her Links to her Momblog from Other Momblogs which is Important for Later.

Blogging about topical issues on your blog can get you the Benefit of some great content.It sounds Strange but as I was Searching Today,I happened to Stumble upon an Article.It happens where the Blog Author had Posted Something that another reader happens to disagree with.

That is fine I come across content that I do not Agree with All the time.This Guest instead of Writing A Contary Blog About the Subject in Question He Decided To turn this Persons Post Comment into his Blog.

I suppose there are many ways to Attract Attention to your blog Critical Analysis can Boost you Organic Search results.But As For the Rule If you can Show A picture It Says a Thousand Words so here are the pictures.

Getting 50 visitors a Day

Getting 50 visitors a day is a Dream for some blogs, With this Easy method you could easily get even 100 visitors and Improve Blog traffic. Finding out this simple trick really helped me improve my traffic. The secret is to get each or your posts to have a constant flow of traffic I will now Explain shortly how it works

I read a post earlier about an Idea of a 5 visits per post per day and now I am thinking it's very possible to get much traffic to your blog using the method. I have also seen that yahoo answers traffic stays longer on my site I talked about getting traffic from Yahoo Answers in a post earlier this Week. Now I intend to Make a Site and make it Keyword Rich and Leave a link to my Blog on it. That is Easier said than Done SEO is hard work and takes much time to perfect if you ever do perfect SEO also because as you may already know writing one post a day is Important that also takes Time and Research.This is where I should start saving Draft posts for Rainy days or even worse Writers Block

Now there is also Target Traffic and Blog Advertising just  Last Week I submited a link to Readdit for the first time and maybe the last for a while because almost all the 40 Visits Bounced after 0 seconds I guess I just put a nice headline in there.

  The Problem with Readdit and Digg they are know for having a very high bounce rate so I will forget about them for a while. So to get 50 visits a day I plan to keep up on this Post I read that says if you have 20 posts and you get 5 visitors to each post you will have 100 visitors a day I am setting my goal a 50 for now and I think it will work.


Because it's a goal that all low traffic Blogs can Aim for because it may not be much to many A-List bloggers but to a Z-list blogger it's a Carnival. Once you can get 50 visitors to your blog you can get 100 because you have a better idea of what works and what drives traffic to your blog.

When I first started blogging a few months ago I read some Post's that went by the 500 Word Article Principal. This is you write one or Two posts a week of at least fivehundred words the submit the to Article Directories and you will get lots of traffic. These post's are not very helpful as this many Words is Not necessary as a Blog is not a newspaper and even if it was some like the Times some like the Star so Read the post about 5 visits per post per Day and Come back again

The heading is true  you can't use Adsense and Link Referral together According to the Adsense TOS.But that does not mean that you can't use it for Linking your blog ,What you can do is place an Affiliate program in link referral and then look for blogs like yours in link referral.

Why Using Zemanta and Mybloglog can Get Target Traffic

If you don't use Zemanta Start using it.This is because the Feeds section in Mybloglog by default has Reblog, Also the Labels are another thing to think about.
You will see at the bottom of the post a Small badge saying Reblog. This means that you can Take a part of this post and Write about it on your blog, also a Good solution for Blogger's block.


Now the second reason is the Tag's or labels in Zemanta, the labels will Also be posted in Mybloglog and this is What you should do with the Tags. Click on your Tags in you Bloglog Feed and then you will be Asked to Add to your topics.

Make a commenting Ring around your Blog

If you Comment on my Blog post and another person then, I comment on both or your Blogs this is fine. But if you Comment on the other Persons blog also and they do the Same then it's a 3 way linking system. Now think if that was 10 people or even more how much better would your blog inlinks be.

This is a processess of linking Z-list blogs because you can comment all you like on problogger and copyblogger but unless you make a very interesting point that really stands out you will get links but no traffic form these links.

Plus I have noticed  that in the Comments section there is very little interaction between Commentators.One of the main Goals of a blog post is to get the conversation started and not end with just full stop.

What do you need to know ?.Why are you on this Blog. These questions are what every blogger wishes to ask their readers but they don't.You don't have to ask Directly but you can ask in the comments because when people say nice post you must ask what did you like about it ?.

If you don't ask the Reader then how will you know yourself what they want.People come to a Blog for whatever reason maybe they just want to show their face on a mybloglog widget or Drop a Entrecard. But the Thing is How long can you Do that for.

Using Adgitize has Increased traffic to my blog also entrecard but Visiting all those Blogs daily is Quite harmful to your Blog unless you are Going to Explore with Entrecard and Adgitize. Because from doing Flying Visits to get credits and points all the time you are not link Building and has no future.

With these platforms you can Discover interesting blogs but if you Don't use them the Right way you are just filling your browser history and slowing Down your Computer. They are Also Good to See if you can make Good Ads for Future promotion in other more Serious networks like Ad words or Bidvertiser.

So before you make your next Drop think is there something that you could link to or Relate to on any of the Blogs you  Visit Daily

I think free Doughnuts his Target Keyword.Looking at that Episode of the Simpsons I think all bloggers Feel like Homers MrX character I can't even sit in a Bar anymore without thinking of how I could make a blog post from the conversation.

But what can we Learn from this MrX that we Can integrate on our blogs. We all know that you can't just copy other peoples work but I guess many don't know the Consequences just like Homer did not until Lisa told him.

Tricking the people that Steal your Work

I was Reading one of my Favorite blogs the other night and the Author Miraz Jordan who is From New Zealand was talking about a Script called Tynt Tracer. This small piece of Code can be Placed on your blog and when Someone Copies and Pastes your Work it will leave an Attribution link Back to your site.

This means that when someone Copies your Work the Traffic will be Redirected to you, Nice so far the Have caught one Guy Coping my work. I always believed that they were reading my Blog posts not Coping and pasting them and Calling it their own work.

So try the Script yourself and if you are into wordpress and Mac know it has lots of Great Information on these Topics plus a Free EBook on How Wordpress is put together. I myself must learn a little more about wordpress if I wish to Host my Own Blog in the Future so it could be a Good Read for people thinking of hosting of their own blogs in the future.

This blog uses Dofollow comment luv although Commentluv is Normally a Wordpress Plugin, I have Installed it using Js Comments. I like the Plugin and think More Bloggers should use this on Blogs. Many of my Visitors are From Entrecard or Adgitize and Tend to Jump from Blog to Blog without reading them.


I myself use these as a Way to Find related Blogs and place a comment which gets me an inbound link not just a Credit or Click points.But I think that most users of entrecard and Adgitize are too interested in Gaining points and Credits but the Question is How long can you Go from Blog to Blog before you Get bored.


These are not a Long term Traffic Solution but can be used to Discover Other Blogs in your Niche where you place comments and Gain Inbound links. But Remember if you have nothing to Add to the Conversation Don't Comment for the Sake of Commenting and Try to put something Interesting in your Comments as they are like Calling cards.


So when you are trying to Get your EC credits try Building some links when doing it. Take your Time and Read some of the Posts and make a comment, Because you can't keep Dropping forever
